This Gorgeous ring is made from 18ct yellow gold in an art deco type style centred around an oval cut ruby with layered fan detailing of multiple baguette cut diamonds set at the shoulders. The band is a plain polished band.

If within a few sizes usually there will be no extra cost to this, however if there is a large size discrepancy, this may not be possible and there may be additional cost to this.
