Refund policy

• Returns accepted up to 14 days
• Returns costs are responsibility of the buyer 
• Any Deposits paid to hold items are non refundable 
• Any Rings or items that have been altered or sized will not be eligible for a full refund, this will be assessed on a case by case basis. 
• Any items that have been damaged will not be eligible for a full refund due to loss in value.  
  
• Any Earring purchases may not be eligible for return and if the return is approved any refund will be minus a cleaning and refinishing cost of £9.95 to cover the cost of having them fully cleaned and polished to be hygienic for resale
